Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is a mind-body treatment method that offers healing from physical and emotional pain and disease. Without the use of needles, this form of acupuncture uses your own fingertips to stimulate energy points on the body.

EFT is very easy to use and will help you to:

Simple tapping with your fingertips is used to input kinetic energy onto specific meridians on the head and chest while you think about your specific problem — whether it is a traumatic event, pain, memories, etc. — and voice positive affirmations.

This combination of tapping the energy meridians works to “short-circuit” — the emotional block — from your body’s bioenergy system, thus restoring your mind and body’s balance, which is essential for optimal health and the healing of physical disease.

Tapping helps you access your body’s energy and send signals to the part of the brain that controls stress. Stimulating the meridian points through EFT tapping can reduce the stress or negative emotion you feel from your issue.
